The Yardi / Property Council of Australia PropTech Report will be released on 24 February 2021.

Yardi has partnered with the Property Council of Australia to begin a unique annual research project, investigating the barriers, incentives and opportunities affecting proptech adoption across the Australian real estate industry.

From across Australia, over 220 different respondents provided their insight into the new and existing systems they’re implementing to thrive through the COVID-19 crisis. The report covers:

• What is driving tech organisational change
• Which systems and applications are generating the highest adoption rates
• Roadblocks to tech change
• The different approaches to tech from key property sectors
• Reactionary and long-term strategic responses to the challenges of COVID-19 in Australia
• Biggest tech innovations and their impact

More information on the report will be available soon.

Yardi and PCA will host a live virtual event where a special preview of the data will be provided, and industry leaders interviewed to share their insight on the information.
